Parse Normalizer

This tool is intended to help remove some of the variation that comes with critical strike chance in parses. It gives an idea of what your parse may have looked like had you not under or over crit. Of course, it can't account for all discrepancies, but consider it a filter. It helps to standardize parses and is particularly useful when testing builds and collecting accurate data.
