Offensive penetration is the single most important damage stat in the game. While it's generally easy to reach the penetration cap of 18200 in an organized group it's worth double checking as builds and support sets change often. As with crit damage, your goal is to reach this number without wasting stats going too far over it. Penetration uptimes are generally more consistent, so only a Total Penetration number is given.
